Increasing engagements (likes, shares, comments and other interactions with your brand) is important because more engagements means more people connecting with the content you publish. Ripl will help you track engagement on your posts so you can see what is working and not. 


For each post made in the Ripl app we will track engagement by social network. In your home screen you will see a turquoise box in the upper right corner of the post with your total engagement number. If you click the number on the post you'll see a breakdown of the engagements by social network. We report the following metrics:

Once you create a business profile in the Ripl app, we will track your engagements on a weekly basis so you can follow your growth over time. The Weekly Engagements Graph at the top of your home screen includes engagements on all the connected accounts for your specific business, excluding your personal Facebook account.
