In August 2018, Facebook began making changes to the way sharing to groups works. These changes have affected posting from Ripl to your Facebook group(s).
To remedy the connection please follow the steps below on your desktop browser (Unfortunately, Facebook has not yet made this functionality available on the Facebook mobile app or mobile browser).
To add an app to your group:
- From your News Feed, click Groups in the left menu and select your group.
- In the left menu select "Settings." (NOTE: You must be an administrator of the group to access these settings AND to post to a group from a 3rd party app like Ripl)
- Scroll down to "Advanced Settings" and click on the pencil icon next to "Apps."
- Click on "Add Apps," type "Ripl" in the search bar under "Group Apps" on the left and select Ripl.
- Click "Add".
Once you have completed the steps below return to the Ripl App and connect Facebook Groups.
