Q: I have an existing annual Pro subscription, how can I take advantage of the Amex offer?
A: To take advantage of this offer, you must sign up on or before May 31st, 2020. Therefore, if your existing Annual Pro subscription doesn't expire before May 31st, 2020, you will be better off keeping your current Annual Pro subscription in place (since your Annual subscription is pre-paid and your benefits remain valid longer than the American Express promotional offer validity period).
Q: Okay, my Pro subscription is monthly/my annual subscription expires before May 31st, 2020 and I want to sign up for the Amex offer. How do I cancel my existing Pro subscription?
A: To cancel your Ripl Pro subscription on the mobile app, tap the Ripl menu, then "Manage Subscription." On the web app, you'll want to select "My Account" at the top of your screen. This should take you to where you purchased Ripl Pro so you can cancel the subscription. If for some reason that page won't load, please follow the steps below to cancel depending on how you subscribed to Ripl Pro.
If after following the steps above to cancel your existing subscription, you are still unable to redeem your American Express promotional offer, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and enter "Amex Pro Offer" along with the email address associated with your Ripl account in the description field.
