If you have searched our Ripl Support Website and still haven't found an answer to your question, please reach out to our customer support staff in one of the following ways:
In-App Email (Mobile)
- Go to the Ripl app on your mobile device
- Tap on "My Posts" at the bottom of the Ripl home screen and then on the home menu (three lines in the upper left corner of the screen)
- Select "Submit a help ticket"
- Your default mail app will be opened and attached will be a file (feedback.txt) that will give us more information regarding your account to better assist you!
In-App Email (Web)
- Go to Ripl for web (https://app.ripl.com)
- Please tap the icon in the upper-right corner
- Select Submit a help ticket
