Why would I want more than 1 business profile?
Are you running multiple businesses? If so, the premium plan will fit your needs! If you have more than one business that you are promoting, we recommend creating multiple business profiles. For each business or brand you can connect specific social media accounts, have different engagement goals, brand colors, fonts, and logos. What is Enhanced Customer Support?
Our support staff is always available via Email. We try our best to reply within 1 business day to all of our users. Enhanced Customer Support is a shortcut to the front of the line. During our working business hours, we will respond to any inquiries within 8 hours. In addition to the priority queue, you will also have access to Live Chat when using Ripl for web. Our Enhanced Customer Support hours are:
- United States: Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm (Pacific Standard Time GMT-7)
- European: Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm (Georgia Standard Time GMT+4)

Why would I want to schedule a post?
We know small business owners are busy people! You can schedule several posts at once and pre select the social media accounts you would like to share to. Why does Ripl charge a commission fee when I am already paying for the ad?
When creating the Facebook and Instagram Ads feature, we focused heavily on taking the hassle out of running your creation as a Facebook Ad. For those of you who have tried to run an Ad using Facebook Business Manager, you already know all the information needed to run an Ad, and just thinking about it can be overwhelming! What is the difference between a Campaign, and Ad Set, and an Ad? Who cares! With Ripl’s Facebook Ads, you can easily create an ad with just a few clicks.
