We are currently experiencing an ongoing problem with Instagram when attempting to share a video created with Ripl to your personal Instagram account. The resolution of this issue lies in the hands of Instagram, and we are hopeful that they will address it soon.
In the meantime, there are two options available for you to choose from:
1. Disconnecting your Instagram account from Ripl and reconnecting it as an Instagram Business account: This will automate the sharing process to Instagram and eliminates the persistent problem. 2. If you prefer not to connect Instagram as a Business account, an alternative is to download your post to your camera roll and manually share it to Instagram: We have discovered that the issue does not occur when uploading the Ripl video to Instagram directly from your camera roll instead of using the Ripl app. For more information on this workaround, please refer to the following link: Saving A Post.
Please note that these solutions are temporary measures until Instagram resolves the underlying issue.
